Should I publish a book of Poems?

I have always wanted to write a young adult novel. I read R.L. Stein in elementary school then moved to popular YA novels in middle and high school. I credit reading these books for keeping me alive and not slipping under to depressions end. I love reading and have always wanted ot write a novel. Fantasy adventure fun book that everyone would love to read. I have written the begining of about 10 books and can't get them any father than that.

I try to write things that come to mind a lot and havea lot of little blips of this and that too. This past year while working on staying on top of things and overcoming mental health struggles I have written a lot of poetry. I now have a collection of 50 decent poems. Some of these were started when I was 16 and 26 that I have finally fixed up now at 36.

Here is the question...

Should I publish them?

I am not sure if any of these poems are good. When I read them it is definetely a picture of my struggles with mental health which is while I aptly titled my notebook of these poems Spiraling. I am not sure if I have the confidence to put my poems out there. Also I always want to wirte a fantasy adventure book not poetry.

I am overthinking. I know I am. If I self publish on Amazon with the no followers I have on social media no one would see or buy my book of poetry. Should I try to send it to a publisher?

How do I even go about doing somehting like that...?

Well I will leave this here knowing nowone will read this and reply with advice, which will give me an out to not move forward with this.
